Refunds
- Damage done to the print during transportation is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me via email (innavjuzhanina@gmail.com) and provide the original proof of complain form against the post services and pictures of the damaged item. Once the post office issues a refund for the damage those funds will be used to print a new copy for you and it will be sent to you at the cost of the shop.
- If the product cannot be replaced due to it being a limited edition that has sold out or an original drawing, you will be refunded, minus the shipping costs.
- If you received a wrong order you will be asked to send it back and I will arrange you a proper replacement and cover the shipping cost.
- In all other instances the orders are not refundable.
