FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What mail service is used to send the package?

All packages are sent via Priority Mail of the Ukrainian National Postal Service. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the page where you can track the progress once your package is sent.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipments are done worldwide.

Why doesn't the tracking number update upon reaching my country?

Once the package leaves the borders of Ukraine updating the TN becomes the responsibility of the receiving mail service, which they often don't do. Don't worry, your package isn't lost or stuck. Most likely it will be delivered to you shortly.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • SHIPPING IS ONCE PER MONTH
  • All orders placed before 23d of each month get shipped on the 1st-3d of the next month.
(e.g. an order placed on the 19th April is shipped on the 1st of May. An order placed on 24th of April is shipped on the 1st of June).
How long will it take to receive my order?

At the moment all packages are taken by the cars to the borders with Poland. From there they're shipped via air mail to the designated countries, which adds some time to the estimates below.

Estimated time of delivery:

Ukraine: 2-3 business days.
Europe: 6-14 business days.
United States & Worldwide: 18-40 business days.

What is a "custom PayPal" payment method?

  • PayPal doesn't allow business type accounts in Ukraine so we can't integrate it directly into the store. But if you'd like to pay for your order with PayPal you can do a direct deposit to a personal account.
  • After you choose it as a payment method you will see a PP address you can transfer the sum you got at the checkout. You will also receive it once again with the order confirmation e-mail.
The sum at the checkout is different than the one listed at the product page. Is this a bug?
  • All products are priced in USD for the international purchases convenience. However, due to the local banking regulations the checkout sum is displayed in the home currency of the store - Ukrainian hryvnas (UAH, symbol - ). What you're seeing at the check out is the UAH equivalent of the USD sum.

How are the prints packed and how much is handling and shipping?

  • The prints arrive rolled in a specialized postal tube. Cost ranges between $9 to $12 depending on location (exact numbers are calculated at the checkout and might go up depending on the weight of the package).

  • Print sets come at different rates which will be shown at the checkout depending on the type of the set ($13 to $17).

Are taxes included?

  • The customer is responsible for any customs their country might have.

  • Customers that are pledging at Inna's Patreon at the moment of purchase are free from any additional customs should your country have any (be sure to leave a note with your order stating your Patreon name).

What is the difference btw OPEN, LIMITED and HAND EMBELLISHED editions?

  • OPEN EDITION prints are constantly on re-print. If they're sold out and there's still demand for them - they go back in print. They are printed on high quality paper. These are neither signed nor numbered.

  • LIMITED EDITION is exactly what the name says - there's a limited number of prints available. Once they're sold out - gone forever. This kind of print will never again be printed on this kind of paper in this very format.

These prints are done in fine art giclée print quality on 308 g/m² Hahnemuhle Photo Rag paper and archival inks.
Each print is personally signed and numbered by the artist.

The artist reserves the right to re-print them at a different size or paper type.

  • HAND EMBELLISHED belong to the collector type of prints. They come hand-painted with acrylics where the artist picks on the small details of the painting and paints on top. Each print is signed by the artist. They are available only during the PRE-ORDER period and is announced on social media and via mailing list.

The print I want has sold out. Will it be back in the store again?

  • If it was a Limited Edition print - no. However, the artist reserves the right to reprint a painting at a different size or a different paper type. Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know about new releases.

  • If it was an Open Edition - yes!

  • You can also become Inna's patron and receive perks such as Artist Proof copies, requesting an unavailable print, discounts and VAT-free shipment (check out Patreon's Tiers description box for details).
