Shipping Policy

What mail service is used to send the package?

All packages are sent via Priority Mail of the Ukrainian National Postal Service. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the page where you can track the progress once your package is sent.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipments are done worldwide. 

Why doesn't the tracking number update upon reaching my country?

Once the package leaves the borders of Ukraine updating the tracking number becomes the responsibility of the receiving mail service. Which they often don't do and only mark the fact the package is in the country already. Don't worry, your package isn't lost or stuck. Most likely it will be delivered to you shortly.  

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

• SHIPPING IS ONCE PER MONTH
• All orders placed before 23d of each month get shipped approximately starting the 7-10th of the next month (depending on how fast I receive the ordered prints from the printing house). 
  (e.g. an order placed on the 19th April is shipped on the 10th of May. An order placed on the 24th of April is shipped on the 10th of June).

At the moment of wartime and Ukraine being a no-fly zone all packages are taken by the cars to the borders with Poland. From there they're shipped via air mail to the designated countries, which adds some extra time to the estimates below.

Ukraine: 2-3 business days.
Europe: 6-14 business days.
United States & Worldwide: 18-40 business days.

How are the prints packed and how much is handling and shipping?

A3 and A2 format prints arrive rolled in a specialized postal tube. It's made of a very sturdy cardboard and securely protects the prints from the shipping damage. Small A4 prints are shipped flat in an envelope. A cardboard piece is added to protect it from being bent.

Shipping cost starts at $9. It heavily depends on the location and overall weight of the package. Exact numbers are calculated at the checkout.
